    No, only this morning. I had had the eggy burbs for a couple of days and my gut didn't feel right. the mrs (nm) was the same so maybe the bug was powerful enough for adults to be proper ill.

    Kids seem over it now too.

    Some dumbfuck at the gym left the top down on their BMW convertible today whilst it absolutely pissed it down for a couple of hours... gym supervisor comes up to me as I was running on the treadmill and asks if it's my car... we had a good laugh about that one before he went off to find the poor posing dumbfuck it belonged to

    Walked past the car on the way out. whoever it was had put the top up but the seats were still dripping, puddles in there and it was all misted up... ****ing total idiot <laugh>

    For **** sake went to the gym today in my drop top bimmer. I'm such a big **** no one will **** with me or my property so I left the roof down. Then it started raining fml.

    I overheard two skinny muppets laughing about my misfortune but I'll get them back. I took a big **** in the showers :bandit:

    Think you've got some decent size and mass from what you say... more than me anyway

    So. Give me some advice on gaining size as I've stalled a bit. I'm looking for lean muscle gains without adding fat as far as poss. Don't want to get super-big or anything as I need to be agile and fast for sport but would like a couple of inches more on the arms, upper back, shoulders and chest.

    Am trying to mix weights... so do one entire session heavy - max weight, low reps, and on another day go light and concentrate on lower weight, high/max reps. Some days I focus on concentration / body parts, other days whole body

    Cardio and diet I'm good with, it's the actual weight training I need some tips on and maybe a bit on diet as well actually
