Remember it well, and the funny thing was we didn't need the points, did it just for the fun of it. scally didn't stop crying about it all summer, claimed we were picking on them. as if.
Leeds 2-1 Gillingham Gillingham were relegated to League Two after Leeds came from behind to defeat them and Cheltenham beat Doncaster. The visitors made a good start and were ahead when Simeon Jackson pounced on a poor pass back from Paul Huntington, cut inside and fired into the corner. And Tresor Kandol sealed the Gills' fate and secured fifth for Leeds when he finished coolly in the 88th minute. Cheers, keep me informed. Will meet you at the station early doors if that's the plan but will only stop for one after as she will pick me up. Save me the long walk.
Sorry chaps, but won't be able to join you. My eldest lad gets married that day at 1pm, so no chance. I did make an enquiry with 'er indoors when it was a 3pm kick-off, but apparently it's bad form to do the ceremony then skip the photos/meal bit, whether you're there for the evening session or not. Bloody wimmin!
