And me - got offered a ticket to the Saturday of Glorious Goodwood at the weekend and said I'd have to turn it down. I can go to both now
Unsettling if true.. http://www.goal.com/en-ng/news/4078...2/odion-ighalo-does-not-rule-out-watford-exit
He will leave if Watford want him too, otherwise he has two years left on his contract and can't force it. Its just stating the obvious from his point of view and you can not fault him in that.
New Sporting Director? http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/footbal...a-salerno-to-take-up-watford-role_230040.html
Don't you love the humour of some fans. "So Salerno is off to Watford, the only club last season to have more Italian players than us, and more coaches!!! And look where it got them!!!"
I'm in Frankfurt airport, on the way home, and I had a chat with a bloke about Prodl. He said he was okay - big but slow. Then we had a joke about him being Austrian so he can't be that good.
From wobby Doyley and Hornets to meet to discuss the future once long-serving defender is fully fit following injury rehab... HORNETS’ long-serving defender Lloyd Doyley will remain at the club until at least September as he continues his rehabilitation from a neck injury. Doyley is out of contract this summer, however he and the club will discuss his future only when his return to full fitness has been confirmed. The full-back underwent successful neck surgery in May and is working under close guidance from the Hornets’ medical team during his recovery. The Jamaica international has made over 400 appearances for the Golden Boys since graduating through the club’s Academy system, scoring two memorable goals in the process. Doyley made his first-team debut in 2001 and is the only remaining member of the Golden Boys’ squad from the 2006/07 Premier League season. If he's out of contract, we won't be able to include him in the list of players we have to submit to the PL. It'll be interesting to see if someone else gets the number 12 shirt.

Angella signs new 5 year contract with us as it is also revealed Vydra joins permantely on a 5 year deal. Both good deals for the club.
The club's application for category 2 status for the Academy has been successful and is described on the WFC site. http://www.watfordfc.com/news/article/150702-watford-fc-academy-category-two-2521945.aspx Also there will be extended highlights of their games on HP. Something else to watch on a cold winters evening.
Not the most glamorous tie Sky could have picked! Bet we will be on against Arsenal or Man U which are in October..
Seems that the club know I exist as a "remote or exiled supporter who holds a valid Fan Card". This might get me a ticket for an away game if I could ever make it. http://www.watfordfc.com/news/artic...-away-match-tickets-sales-policy-2527489.aspx
