I think people often underrate fat ronaldo. He was immense on the ball and could skin anyone 1 on 1 with his blistering pace and skills. The only downfall in team 1 is fat frank else all of them are world class. Team 2 is great minus Terry. Terry great in a team, adds leadership, great blocker but in 5v5 he'd get exposed like the rambler. If i had to leave him 1 on 1 against anyone i'd bet my house on they'd get past. Team 4 is decent, but would there be too much hollywood play. Too many individuals (ronaldo and gerrard) rather than a team. Cannavaro would boss his 1on1s though. As much as a i hate fatboy rooney and how overrated he is, at his prime he was still very good. Think team 3 would be the winners
1 3 2 4 Nothing in it though. 4 just has zero defensive cover while 1 has Neuer who is a sweeper keeper. The two Brazilians help, schooled in futsal afterall. Gerrard and Zidane would be good with the ball but not as much without it. Plus can you ping wayward hollywood balls on a 5 aside court? Wheres Scholes too?
Lloris would be a top keeper in 5 a side. Extra defender. Bale, Modric, Vertonghen and Eriksen. Take some beating.
The PL is the pinnacle for English/British players like Spain os for Latin players. Real and Barcelona dont always have the best of the best either. They might sat they do but look around europe, theres still world class talent at other clubs.
I don't think Rooney is a weak link in any 5-a-side team; to the contrary he's perfect for it. He's always been comfortable in a number of roles, he can run all day, he can improvise, he's got a low centre of gravity and good balance, he's quick, instinctive and has good awareness of players around him. It's not a game for C.Ronaldo or Bale. Whilst they are wonderful players, they won't get acres of space to run into and use their pace nor is height and strength an advantage
Team number 2 all day long. 5 a side is about quick, clever passing and putting the ball in the back of the net. Xavi and iniesta behind Henry dominates any five a side team. Number 1 would do very well though with Ronaldo and ronaldinho, plus the shot of fat frank. That said.... Messi on his own could probably dominate most five a side teams, just stick the other four guys in front of your own goal
Offensively I think team 2 looks brilliant. The telepathy between the 3 attackers would be immense. They'd probably leave Terry exposed defensively though.
Where did you go to in Spain? Valencia, Madrid and Barcelona are all fantastic cities to visit. As are places like Denia and Almeria. Spain is a lovely country.

Am not a fan of Spanish food, and I detest hot weather. Germany on the other hand, beer, sausage and the people are so friendly. The Netherlands, legal weed and prostitution, nuff said.
