Adios Dani. Anyone who takes him should place him in a guarded room and only let him out to train and play. On second thought even that does not work for him.
I don't know why some people are shocked we are buying him out to get rid. We've spent a season and a half trying to sell him and each time he gets loaned out, he does something stupid. It is a fairly simple business decision; cut your losses and run. It happens. Understandable why we did, because he takes up too much effort and energy with all the loans, dealings, etc, etc. Be gone fool. Come hither thee no more.
We'll have paid him less than his full wages for the rest of his contract and he will gain freedom to go where ever he likes. Both parties win, but he gets more than he deserves...that's life. Best for us not to have him hanging around like a bad smell.
I'd have preferred the headline "Saints terminate Osvaldo" with a metallic, red-eyed picture of Ronald underneath....
Well there should be greater protection for Football clubs then. I'd love to know what the PFA has to say about this case. This guy has made millions and doesn't come anywhere near being a professional. I'm annoyed he's just got paid off. We should have made life very difficult for him. But, I know that he is a risk the club where not willing to take, so I respect their stance.
Obviously got issues, so whoever is his agent or close Friend / Family need to give him a right Good old kick in the bo11ocks and Poch while your at it. Imagine earning £50,000 a week playing football and blowing it.
