I read all of this as under the private. on re-reading i can see it says virologist can teach the recruit.

as such Virologist think hard about recruiting your odds of finding a good guy is shortening fast. DO NOT RECRUIT ME. I could be killed or bitten tonight and as such i'm a mad recruit.
