if's to get my own back on those who post all day (while I'm working) and then accuse those of us who actually work of being dodgy because we don't post enough.

 

I don't see why it's a problem to have made it clear how I am just ordinary with no powers?

The town dragged ACS from his house and hung him from the nearest tree.
Investigation of his home revealed that ACS was an army private from the nearby base

The town cop arrested MITO and took him to the station for questioning
Facing a surge in Mafia activity, the cop recruited a detective to aid him in investigating the Mafia

A blood trail was found in a nearby alleyway. Closer inspection revealed that a zombie has bitten and infected someone

afcftw was found face down in a pool of his own blood, bearing the unmistakable signs of a Mafia hit
A shop in town was robbed and $10k in cash was stolen. Police say this looks like the work of a Mafia thief

hi,

so the issue with the roles is this: we don't know who was infected nor who was recruited by mafia

we know that there are 4 mafia, one super zombie and one serial killer. after that for me it gets sketchy. there is one person out there who is infected and it could be anyone. there is one person who was recruited in that 4 and it could have been anyone.

therefore we have a scenario where we cannot say for sure how many town we have. therefore i don't want to say a number for that particularly.

The other thing we do know is it is in the zombies interest to get his zombie converted at some point so they will be compelled do vote or do something so we should be careful. The mafia might even use it as an excuse to avoid the lynch. the infected can decide to go full bore zombie or stay on the town side themselves. its only when lynched or serial killed they turn.

My only view this morning is we should act upon what we learned yesterday

we can only hope the virologist, detective and journalist are all still on the towns side to do investigations and the hunter is as well as he is needed to kill zombies as is the mafia killer.

Am i right in saying the only way to end zombies is to kill super zombie then all infected revert back.

I'm not spelling out everything to everyone. I think i'm a big enough target but then i i could see within 5 seconds of reading the report that i was obviously totally innocent on day 2 then so could all the bad guys. Others should think the same way.

 

I would like to hear for all views on day one and the suspects arising please.

this is the list of suspects as of today. from tomorrow I will either be dead or converted or something. I fully expect so. anyway I'm pretty useless at figure this out so:

14 people 6 bad guys, with a maximum of 6 town roles in that number

so in short we'd better use some brains and whomever is selected for lynch better defend themselves well. we are either going to harm ourselves or find a bad guy.


4 mafia votes means they can influence in many ways today.

 

All I've learnt is I can only trust two people the Bobby and you. Trust you as good guys of course, I can't trust a theory unless I understand it and able form my own opinion. last night's post number marathon looked like clutching to me so I'm obviously missing something. In other words my vote is only Bobby's to use as he directs if I know what's going on. An uninformed vote is a dangerous vote.

 

Big problem as I see it is the fact that people are potentially going to be "changing" from townie to "baddie" within a day or two. Therefore any info obtained seems as though it is only going to be worthwhile for a short period of time.

Therefore it is going to be difficult to pick out main Zombie in particular as he is only one who would have a long term voting pattern but even this can be hidden behind converted Zombie(s).

Mafia, at this stage, can just spread their vote to avoid being grouped together.

Anyone any proposals as to how town should vote today?

 

Agree for today those who can be trusted will be Bobby and MITO. Care to make any suggestions on voting patterns?

 

Morning gents

One minor rule change - from now on the action taken by the Mafia Thief will no longer be reported at daybreak. I realised last night that it is possible to work out if the paper has been hacked by whether or not the thief robbed a shop, so that will no longer be public knowledge otherwise the hack power is worthless.

Will update the Mafia post accordingly.

Boss as is here today so my involvement during working hours will be more limited but I'll try to keep up.

Not it much has changed from last night, don't have an awful lot to go on other than anyone that was acting a bit suspicious in the final hour or so but doesn't necessarily meant baddie

I I don't have much more to go on other than Bobby and mito are probably the known innocents (so anyone voting them will look very dodgy )

 

Amazingly, I still seem to be alive. Unusual indeed. I see two poor innocents bit the dust and a couple have been turned. I remain innocent and will do all I can to protect the town. Do we have any suspects in the baddie camp?

 

Looking at the rules, I don't think they revert back. My understanding was only the SZ can bite. He infects people. Whether they die or not, they are part of the zombie team. Therefore, if the SZ bites two before dying, we need to kill three zombies in total. Problem is, the converted zombies can't be lynched so need to be assassinated although i could be wrong with this?

 

That is odd, you're normally first one killed... Maybe mafia and SK thought the other would target you so both avoided you

 

Or they knew he didn't have a role because he can't help but announce it when he does have one

 

so the clue or paper. I can't figure out if its just a day one place stopper. we were told it will be the only one till day 3? does that mean tnoight as in after day break or does it mean later?

I have never been any good at stuff like this.

I don't unfortunately get the greek stuff. I'm sure its got something there but who knows.

The engish.... well it refers to the army, can anyone make anything of the thing?

 

Look again:

Once the super zombie is dead, i.e. completely dead - lynching or SK won't do it, then the infected revert to being town.

Zombies who are already zombies (i.e. lynched / SKed and reanimated) will remain as such until killed by headshot.
