Wanting to follow in the footsteps of Southampton legends Lallana, Lambert and Lovren in joining a big club lets welcome Clyne to the red family

Im especially pleased as he also chose us over Utd, the 2nd player in as many weeks to do so

With a BMI of 21.9, weight of 67kg and 175cm tall its no wonder he's considered to be Englands brightest prospect
When he sat down and reflected on it, he found that we were a better team than the mancs. Never mind the stature or the champions league.

Yet again, we have come out victorious after a hard fight with the mancs for a top top signature...<whistle>

PS: well done to Rodgers for promoting top English talent and sticking to recruiting from Hampshire only. Top strategy <ok>

If Liverpool signed Bony their opponents might rightly feel that they'd been robbed.

You've got a good player there.

Who does Brenda want next? I'll put in a word. Dani Osvaldo is the dogs bollocks and I could see if I can twist the Chairman's arm to let you have him for just a few million.

I have heard that you are after Ronald Koeman too ..... to play instead of Lovren :)

If Rodgers ends up at Saints if he fails with us nobody will be laughing when what's been his game plan all along is revealed and he's just been transferring ****loads of cash for himself over there

Well Twitchy Redknapp did that with us. Came in from Pompey, took us down and then ****ed off back to that ****hole.

I personally have been impressed a lot by Clyne and I think he will improve us nicely. From an attacking perspective we will give us a similar flexibilty to what Markovic provided from RWB, and similar to Baines at Everton. He's quick, athletic and can over and under lap very nicely. He'll add some extra dimension to our attack.

Defensively he wiill obviously be better than Markovic and Can, and a lot more reliable than Johnson due to much better fitness.

He does however need to be protected, or he will end up going the same way as Johnson, and many other athletic full backs.
