Girl called Emma Sulkowicz who decided after the fact that she hadn't want to sleep with the guy after all, and had him arrested for rape. He was let off on all charges, thankfully. ****ing ******ed.

They have the right to protest against it. However, misguided you might feel their logic is, you can't take away their right to air their views. The point I've made several times on this thread that we're talking about a relatively small number of people at the extemities, is borne out by the fact that their petition only had 140 names on it.

Just putting a different spin on things...which I think kind of has some link to parity of earnings. Who would you say in your workplace has more sickies? Men or women. At my place it's a no-brainer - women! And it's not even close. Now to make this fair, it's not just the fact more women do sickies than men (as there are generally more women than men where I work) but it's the fact that I can think of only 10% blokes who have had more than about 3 sick days in the last year whereas the women I'd say it's 90%. And that really pi55es me off more than anything. I hate the fact ppl are virtually stealing their wages...and sadly the truth is it applies more to women from my experience.

they are a pain in the arse, women are far worse for it and half the time they aren't even sick it is to look after the sick kids.
