Indeed, and I am confident that anyone who has even the remost interest in reviewing the worst of your early obsession with me will gain from it everything they need to make up their own minds on the subject.
Give it up HIAG. Your meltdowns are well documented on here. You even earned the name Sandy crack on account of your girly hissy fits
HIAG is like that episode where sideshow Bob keeps standing on the end of a rake and it flips up and smacks him in the face. Repeatedly
HIAG claims a lot I things: that he "owns" PIskie; that he is undecided on the NL Power Shift despite everyone else deciding that there isn't one based on the facts; that Spurs got further than Arsenal in the CL despite Arsenal actually being in the 2006 Final; that Bale won't ever be sold (he was); that Kane won't ever be sold (he will); that all the stupid prediction posts he makes that then are exposed as crap, are purely to make himself look a tit; that at he has given up his wum guns yet continues to make pathetic wum threads; that he is a guitar hero who plays to "hot pussy" at every gig. But in reality the only thing he claims is Jobseekers Allowance
An ineffective daydreamer with fantasies of delusion. Definitely fits the bill. Lawyer / Rock God / Professional Referee. All a bit tragic really.
Lawyer semi-pro (ie "paid to gig") musician one-time (now retired) Sunday League referee (I ref'd, on average, twice per month, during the season) The reason why you find it difficult to comprehend that it is perfectly normal for an ordinary man to be engaged in these activities is because you spend all of your free time, naked, locked away in the darkness of the cupboard, under the stairs of your mother's house, ****ing (the words of a fellow Gooner, not mine). I cannot help it if my life is more interesting than yours, PISKIE. You need to get over this, and to move on with your life, mate.
The problem is HIAG, I struggle to believe that anyone who thinks that s106 has been abolished is a lawyer (unless you specialise in something like nuclear law). That was a major **** up!
It has, effectively, been abolished for certain types of developments, and has been replaced with something simpler. You will appreciate, I hope, Schteeve, that this isn't really the place to get technical with these kinds of things. If you want me, for example, to explain to you what a mortgage is, and how it operates (in law) as a re-transference of the property to the mortgagee, which is why a mortgagee has to apply for "re-possession" of the property; or if you would like me to explain the difference between a lock-out agreement and an option to purchase; or if you would like me to summarize the contents of a promotion agreement - all in order to prove to you - someone I don't know and have absolutely no intention of ever getting to know - on an anonymous football chat site, that I know something about land development law, I could do that. But, fffs! what would be the ultimate point?
There were some significant amendments to the Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Planning Obligations) Regulations 1992, in 2013 and again in April 2015, Schteeve. If you are interested, I suggest you look at those.
