I reckon he seriously thinks he can sit behind a desk and do it like c4 shows and be a bigger success. I reckon he thinks just get shed loads of cars in and they have already let the track lease lapse so there won't be top gear track again.
No it was not. It was recorded after and the crowd less studio and comments by both guys doing it show they had already not renewed contracts. The pieces were recorded months ago but we are talking about the in studio bits with the giant elephant thing they were walking round
Aye, he'll probably be better than the ginger bastard but I still don't particularly like Clarkson, that's one reason why I don't watch top gear
The videos were shot before, the studio after. The elephant comment was made when next to their classic cars prior to May arriving. Ie, on the video that was pre-recorded

That's what I'm expecting but his recent TFI Friday attempt showed that age as caught up with him, it wasn't a patch on how it used to be.

Can't say I ever watched it all that much so meh as far as I'm concerned. Clarkson can be funny at times but he's too full of himself to be likeable.
Clarkson is very much like Chris Moyles.. You either love them, or can't stand them. Personally love them both.
