Femtards have been going on and on and on about the pay gap but.. the Office for national statistics have released the numbers. Women between 22 and 39 years of age earn more than men. About 1.5% more. They get promoted more. 16 to 17 year old men earn 16% more than women. 18 to 21 men earn 4.8% more than women 22 to 29 women earn 1% more than men 30 to 39 women earn .5% more than men 40 to 49 men earn 11% more than women 50 to 59 men earn 17% more than women 60 and over men earn 14.5% more. Given these stats, you can see how they can fudge the numbers. The biggest demographic is the 22 to 39 years old but the big money gap is in the 40 to 59 which bumps up the overall average pay gap to cover for the middle demographic which contains most employed men and women surely. page 12, though it is called a "negative equality gap" and not "women earn more http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/dcp171778_385428.pdf
I figure that if I am to stay on a sinking ship or be last out in a fire, I deserve that extra pay, call it ****ing danger money Femtards suddenly become "I'm just a helpless girl" when it's time to load the lifeboats. They cry about violence towards women in GTA and but Kill Bill and slaughtering dudes with a sword is "awesome" ****ing femtards ruined Mad Max too, ****ing girl power movie, I want my money back
The biggest problem with all this shyte is the fact that a lot of the time women do not do the same jobs as men. If people are in the same roles then quite rightly they should be paid the same (and generally are) the law is clear on this. Where the problem really started was when PC robots and claims companies started trying to say women in **** jobs were being discriminated against because they earnt less than men in different jobs eg the whole council cleaners/ dinner ladies etc claiming compensation because they didn't earn as much as binmen. That whole nonsense cost me and you millions in back pay and was feck all to do with discrimination it was just about **** pay for **** jobs so sort that out instead.
I agree with that. Also, a lot of jobs now when you are applying ask what your salary expectations are, women invariably expect a lower salary when asked this question, then blame sexism on getting paid less. There are men getting paid more than other men doing the same job. There are also women earning more than male counterparts, which is shown in the stats.
In my job I know women who have each received £30k+ in back pay that none of them had a clue what it was for except that somehow somewhere along the way they had been underpaid due to some arbitrary ruling. All taxpayers money. Not their fault ofcourse but shows how the system has become so daft.
I've been paid less than a woman doing the same joband I was working 4 times as hard, I brought more technical skills to the job and more experience in the field, she treated the job like a social thing, with all the other women, constantly on the phone to her family and talking to other female staff. I had no issue with it cos she was there 8 years when I started, this is the kind of thing feminists don't factor, time served. They think if a woman is doing the job a year and the guy 4 years, they should be paid the same, which is bollocks.
This just backs my usual retort to feminists, if you are not happy with the pay don't work the job. That's how adults play it, third wave feminists are not adults. They never mention the epidemic of gold diggin whores out there.
I don't get why people get so hung up about what other people earn. Who gives a ****? You negotiated or took on your current rate of pay, if your not happy then do something about it, if you are then STFU. What other people earn as got ****all to do with you.
Yeah, that's the point. Maybe everyone did negotiate their own rate but employers can take advantage of people if they are in more desperate situations or aren't as strong willed as other people. For example, you'd imagine younger people are more likely to be manipulated into accepting a lower salary than a more experience interviewee. And that's really unfair if they do exactly the same quality job as the other candidate.
Femtards never mention the quality or quantity of work though, just the fact the job description is the same, and take no time served into account either which does make a difference While I see the logic in that, you have to remember salaries are negotiated a lot of the time. If an employer says what are your salary expectations and a woman says 30k and gets it, she's happy. If a dude then applies and says he wants 31k and he gets it, how the **** is that "sexism" ? Then she hears a guy is getting 31k and she gets pissed, but if she had asked for 31k herself during her own negotaition she'd have got it, but no, it's "because she is a woman she was paid 1k less"? Most if not all middle to high range salaries are negotiated to a degree. The femtards just don't mention it cos it puts the ball firmly back in the woman's court, negotiate better, put a higher valuation on your skills and experience and shut ****ing up about "being a victim" of sexism. Not saying it doesn't happen. Also, the femtards are not so big on looking up the stats on women who pay women less, cos that cannot be sexism y'know.
I don't think anyone's really bothered about a situation like that, because that's down to the interviewees if they ask for a salary they want and get it. The sexism would be if the employer offered 31k to the bloke and 30k to the woman despite them being equally qualified and equally impressive in the interview.
Yeah but the femtards use the stats of the entire workforce to prove sexism and pay inequality so they are bothered with it. That's the thing, they ignore all factors like that and as the stats show, they do not distinguish, the majority of the female work force 22 to 39 year olds, on average earn more than their male counterparts for the same jobs and get promoted more. I seen those stats pulled out by a guy in an interview with femtards on BBC, they were stunned by the stats, or silenced if they already knew. The upper range earnings for 40s and over is dominated by men that is true, but that is by no means the majority in the workforce, just a hefty chunk of the total average earnings, so the femtards average the entire work force to create their stat fiction.
If you're happy with what you're getting then it doesn't matter. People worry about money far too much
Yeah ****s, men or women, who are happy with what they get paid till they see what someone else is getting paid ****ing annoy the **** outa me.
