Professional is fair enough, if a little bipolar during a match, but as soon as you bump it up, the opposition starts pirouetting round your players as they stand gormlessly 2 seconds behind play, every single pass by the AI finds a man (but Gerrard hollywood style), and no matter where you want to pass it, there's a psychic defender sliding 15 miles across the park to cut out the pass you decided to make 0.01 seconds previously...

Anyone else having this issue, or am I just ****e?

 

Yes.

 

You've got to use Teammate Contain and Contain at the right times, timed to perfection, it's the only way to stop your team mates being seconds behind. But apply it to early, late or when it's not required leaves you wide open and they walk right through you. I've found worldclass isn't worth doing unless you're will to sit though long matches as with short games you're forced to try and tackle them which ends in disaster. You've got to be patient and contain and when you get the ball back make sure you don't give it away.

 

The question is, are you just playing the coding, because really you'd never watch a game of football like it!

Naturally, playing as Newcastle, I just assumed I was being pulled apart and thrashed because I had inferior, feckless players... Then I switched the teams.
