Not entirely Fulham related but AC Milan have reportedly bid 3 million euros for Kerim Frei

Plus a player exchange, Cookie - I've popped something in the McBride thread about this.

Not sure which one to reply to but I'll just throw it in here. A player plus cash deal is really bad for Fulham as we had clauses that entitled us to a certain percentage of the profit Benfica make on him. Considering they only paid us about €3 million for him we'll end up getting squat.

Thought we had sold him for about a million euros more than that FI. Whatever, even if you add the value of the player exchange guy, Hachim Mastour, (something like 300k euros) we'll still, as you say, get zilch.

And Milan would seem to be getting a steal since Kerim’s current market value is said to be £4m (5.6m euros).

[As an afterthought - are Besiktas simply trying to raise cash for Mitroglou? As a loan!?]

Crikey, Ajax have joined the list chasing young Moussa. According to Get French Football News, they have spoken to our lot about a deal since they want a striker to replace the departing Kolbeinn Sigthorsson.

I feel we should keep MD, but if we do decide to sell lets hope the accepted figure
is at least quadruple the derisory 400k mentioned by Everton.

Where's the 'not like' button when you need it?

The best part of that post was that they're going to bid £2.5 million. That'll never be accepted so it's all good.

I don't want us to lost LDV. He just signed a new contract and said at the time Fulham had been good to him, this is not the time to leave Fulham. Let's hope that is still the case.

Unless we are a lot worse off than I thought, why would we want to sell. Perhaps I'm naive but he has just signed a new contract and we need him, isn't that enough?
Unless he wants to go of course but then why sign.

To be honest LVC is different to the Roberts and Dembele who both probably didn't play as much as they would have hoped last season and due to age both only have a year left on there contracts whereas LVC prob played more than he had hoped last season was a certain starter before injury and signed a new contract, if Villa want him, in the words of Jerry Maguire " Show me the money"

I once again have my cynical hat on as I am not fully convinced
that the hierarchy has promotion as their no1 objective, lets hope I am wrong.
The scenario I would dread is our season starts without LVC, Dembele, Hyndman
    & Roberts

Even the cynic in me doesn't see them accepting that kind of fee for LVC. There is a very good chance he'll be worth more after another season, whereas there may be more doubt about Roberts.

I'd also be shocked if they sold Hyndman. Shad Khan is American and surely therefore a talented American youngster has more value to us than to most!

Well Demba Ba has gone to some Chinese outfit and according to the Turkish newspaper Fanatik we're "in talks with Besiktas over his transfer". However they also say, "the Black Eagles are understood to have set aside €4 million for the Greek international"

Surely we wouldn't take that mch of a drop, would we?

According to the Portuguese paper A Bola we have agreed a fee with Sporting Lisbon for the permanent transfer of Bryan Ruiz. They say it’s around €2 million.

As you know the Club extended his contract at the end of last season in a bid to prevent him from leaving for nothing. It’s now down to Bryan as to whether he gets the right terms and is willing to make the move

I know he wasn't mentioned on the retained list but the club have deleted all the player profiles of the released players on the website except for Josh Passley's. Maybe there's a chance he's getting another contract?

He’s gone supposedly for the €2 million.

Portuguese press are reporting that Bryan will have a medical in California ( where he’s playing in the Gold Cup ) on Monday. If he passes the medical, it will be a 3 year contract with Sporting Lisbon.
