The real issue with this is really about whoever signed off on the contract for the reconstruction, and that had **** all to do with west Ham.

One of the OPLC members was working for West Ham as a consultant and living with one of the bidding committee, for example. The whole thing's been a joke from start to finish. There ya go what? The company that owns the majority of shares in Spurs are registered in the Bahamas, not Spurs. West Ham are partly owned by a bankrupt Icelandic bank. That does not make them a bankrupt Icelandic bank.
