Quick norovirus update. Don't think I'll puke again as my stomach has completely purged itself furiously this morning but still gots that friendly neighbourhood lower back and leg pain plus the chills. Can barely stand up. Don't dare let a fart go unless i'm perched on the throne... massively inconvenient as we all like a nice dutch oven when bedridden, if only to lighten the mood Have consumed since 9am one pint of the orange juice that comes in the milk bottles... sound stuff, two bottles of lucozade and plenty of glasses of water, some with sugar free cordial. No way I'm eating today lads lest we anger Krakatoa and the native gods.
