John Guidetti's introduction came too late to run the rule given the gossip. Decent goal by Lingard though I get the goalies frustration. So Italy next up with possibly Battochio playing. Be nice to see him have a good game and finish on the losing side ;-)

Is it me or is anybody else thinking that we are not signing players that we need . The only 2 players we have signed will not be 1st X 11 and pre-season is in 2 weeks time ?
I am a bit anxious yes. Hoping there will be some movement in the next couple of weeks. I did like a comment Yorkie made though - only the Wobby is really in the know and they don't publish till the very last stages of the deal so hopefully lots of stuff is going on and we just need to be patient. Easier said than done.
