I know it is popular to attack Klinsmann, but ignore the theatrics and that is one bloody awful tackle t hat, despite Jurgen's leap, still makes contact. Theatrics, yes, dive? Not really.
It was a horrible tackle, but what made the dive so spectacular was the way he flipped himself back up and span another 3 foot in the air after hitting the ground the first time.
Clyne is 'desperate' for a move to Anfield - http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/liverpool-fc-transfer-rumours-nathaniel-9474580
LFC fans saying Liverpool Echo reporting deal agreed. The Telegaph and The Times reporting no agreement and Saints' asking price not met. It's that time again, folks...
Clyne has also been spotted in the same London hotel as that of a Liverpool transfer committee member...
I think we're doing all we can with this one. Money on the table, and he's yours, if not then get lost.
If this is true then it's not Champions League he wants as Liverpool are not looking to get that any time soon, but money. I've got no problem with ambition but that's not what this is. Shame but never mind. I know they are a bigger club than Saints but he's good enough for Champions League and should be looking for that.
Sky bet odds of 1/8 are looking likely then........£15 m is the asking price, bin dippers best offer so far is £11m.......long way way to go yet.
Part of me just thinks **** it let him go. If what is being said is true he is obviously being kind of positive to the club, yet meets other clubs as well.
Not really. If true it shows Clyne is saying one thing yet doing another. Sell him for £15m and get Byram for £8m.
Byram's best position is RM/RW, which he's developed into over the last year. He's not played RB at all in the second half of last season. Leeds fans don't rate him as a Premier League standard player, or certainly not above any of the teams that are in the relegation scrappers category, and don't rate him generally at RB as he plays too far advanced and gets caught out too often. £8m for him would be as bad if not worse than the £14m for Shane Long, in particular if we played him out of position to suit our fascination with replacing Clyne.
I haven't seen too much of Byram but the Leeds fans I know keep telling me this too. They say he's not a RB really. I'll trust the committee though.
