This one always features in lists of worst ever records. And deservedly so.

I'm ignoring novelty records - they were meant to be cheesy.

    Can't stand these- all number 1s <yikes>

    James Blunt screeching "You're Beautiful"
Vanilla Ice "Ice Ice Baby" (utter tw*t rips off other people's music)
Hear'say "Pure And Simple" (spitting feathers just typing it)
Vengaboys "We're Going To Ibiza" (bye! Don't f****ing come back)
Eiffel 65 "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" (music for amoebas)
Cher Lloyd "Swagger Jagger" (everything that's sh*t, fake, insipid and uncool about modern pop music)
One Direction "One Way Or Another/Teenage Kicks" (f***ing treason)

There's probably 5,000 others in a similar vein, but I'm bored with it now

Anything produced by Stock Aitken and Waterman. They produced the Stefan Dennis single FFS.

I'd like to add (not all no.1s):

    Anything by the Spice Girls
    Black Lace "Agadoo"
Elton John "Candle in the Win 97" (I don't care about the reasons surrounding it, it's a ****ing **** song)
    Chumbawumba "Tubthumping"
Billy Ray Cyrus "Achy Breaky Heart"
Bryan Adams "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You"
    Michael Jackson "Earth Song"

Yeah I'm afraid so, they're one of those bands that whilst I appreciate their obvious talent and musicianship, I just can't stand

I actually really enjoyed that song, doesn't deserve to be on this thread. It was audible beauty.

This and it kept Vienna from number one if I am not mistaken.

Fleetwood Mac in those days was one of the best bands this country has ever produced. Peter Green was the best blues guitarist we have produced. They bear no relation to the mushy middle of the road outfit that followed.

A tragedy that the name is used by them post Peter Green, Danny Kirwan and Jeremy Spencer.

    Anything by Kula Shaker.

Govinda and Tatva make me feel physically sick when I hear them.

When the feeling of nausea subsides I am left with the after taste of anger in the back of my mouth and am engulfed in a blanket of melancholy rage for days.

I want to hunt Crispin Mills down and make him suffer like he has made me suffer.

It may happen one day, it will make national news, maybe even global infamy awaits.
