Our problem isnt finding strikers, we've had quality strikers the past 4 seasons. Carroll was alright. Ba was good. Remy was fantastic.

Our problem is we sell them as soon as they score 15 goals.

he hasn't been pardewed, schteved. ..or tooned yet though ..At least he can't be carvered. .Small mercies and all that

Good to hear that you rate him though..makes me a little more optimistic about him... (from the video He still does remind of a fletcher TYPE of player tho.. (that's not a criticism ..as fletcher in his prime was a CF that I quiet liked))

He's keeping Bendtner out the team. What more can you say!

So we buy 4 and drop them on 14 goals.

Riveretti sports from Spain are now claiming Bas Dost has agreed a deal after a sum of £8.6m was accepted by Wolfsburg.

If it helps, Luuk struggled in the Bundesliga and Bas certainly has not.

Judging by that video he's been helped on many occasions by some seriously shoddy defending, combined with the sort of service he will never receive playing for NUFC.

Disappointed not to see him head the ball, given he's such a big guy. The Dutch Peter Crouch?

But we can certainly help with some seriously shoddy defending - its our forte. Reckon he will do very well in training.
Seriously though the defending in the Premier League is probably the worst in the top European Leagues. If he can score in Germany I don't think he will have too much of a problem in England, particularly if we can find a midfield creator.

Good player but like most strikers needs decent service. His movement off the ball is good Nd he loses his defenders. But Relys on early crosses something which our wingers do not do. Cabella needs to get his head down in pre season. We need a creative midfielder.

Great player. 20 goals for a team 2nd in the league, who won the cup.

It's a start, but it's barely more than that as Ferreyra has disappeared, Cisse wants to disappear and Riviere never actually appeared.

Defence is my biggest worry, needs a serious look at.

Colo wants to leave, Willo needs to leave, Saylor can't stay fit and Lacelles will be in his first season. Need a backup RB for Janmatt and a LB if Dummy moves into CB. Haidara hasn't pulled up any trees yet either and unless they think a youth player can make the step up SOON (Mbabu, Good, Satka?) they need three or four defenders

Well after extensive research on FIFA 15, both Lascelles & Good will be decent little players. IMO no need to panic. That's saved us a few mil. Now the club can get back to feeding the chronicle false transfer rumors to report on 20 times a day.
