The owner is claiming the facade is beyond repair and applied for a demolition order, hence the petition.

And what's the delay on the bridge It was supposed to be a 3/4 month project that was over a year ago Progress certainly is slow in this city Everything moves in slow motion
When they stripped back the bridge they found much more damage than expected and as s consequence it's turned into twice the job.
