The number 2000 was nothing to do with votes. Mayho questioned the 1700 figure put out by Ehab after OLM said it had no corrolation to the number of votes in the OSC and HSCT polls. He suggested it could the number of CTWD members, which prompted Happy's reply "lol they wish" then came PLTs post it was nearly 2000. I presume he means thats how many members CTWD had. Sir Ben made a good post about the polls, in particular the crooked club one. Even with the walk away threat they could only muster a few in favour out of all the season ticket holders.

Academic. My point was simply that the numbers include double votes. The trust vote turnout seems a tad low even then.
I'm a single person who voted in only one poll...I know several,single,people who voted in one or the other.......but not both.. People have the right to be in one group or another....or both!That's one thing about modern democracy...I think you are clutching at Quisling straws...quoting figures from a severely rigged/threatened poll but insinuating misdeeds in others,giving reverence to votes that had the imposition of knowing your name/address/seat number.......Hardly democracy in any way,shape or form. As an aside.....an idea that had been bandied about for 10 years or so was suddenly implemented within weeks of this"vote in support of the owners". The whole"Hull Tigers FC" idea is without foundation or form...a situation we seem to find ourselves,as fans,these days..
Quizling straws? My arse. I'm not clutching at anything. People voting in each poll has been pointed out on here several times. It's a simple statement of fact, as are the number of votes and the number of supporters. You can't hide from it. It's what's done with those facts that's the issue.

The club are in an ok state financially That the intention for next season is to keep the core of the team together and have a real go at getting back into the premier league at the first attempt That they are still planning for the ongoing term despite the fact that they are open to serious offers for the club

The club has twice the debt than when they took over and they could well have lost a third of their customers 2 what do you expect them to say, we're not trying to get promotion - hardly likely to attract fans and players when the owners say they plan for mediocrity 3. did you expect them not to plan for anything because they claim the club is for sale he said everything that he thought he had to say to try and present a positive spin to the press - he's hardly likely to admit they've made an absolute mess of a golden opportunity is he
