'Rep Powe'r - What is it and How Do You Get It

    Morning All.

    I've seen quite a few threads on here of late referring to getting 'Reps'. Apparently I have one and have no idea how I got it and what it means.

    I having reps a good thing and if so, how do you get them? If that's the case I would like some more. Can you all make a contribution to my cause please - I wasn't the £161 million lottery winner last night, so I need good things to make up for it. Any help would be much appreciated.

    You'll get rep as you use the site and if others praise your posts (little star at the bottom of the post). You also need to avoid the General Chat section as they are a wierd little bunch and will remove you of all your powers.

    I don't go on the general chat forum, or any other than this one for that matter. I'm a little disappointed that the usual suspects haven't flooded to this thread to dish out reps to me.

    As usual I'm totally confused!

    People keep telling me that they've given me rep but it never seems to appear. I'm still stuck on 1. Or am I really pissing someboyelse off REALLY badly and getting negative rep?

    You need a total of 100 rep points (or a 1000 posts) to get to rep power 2. Then 3, 4 etc etc.

    You have to check your rep to see who has given it to you.
