Like us they'd need a lot of money to achieve that.

Right now a boring 12th-14th would do, at least a season without relegation battle then who knows from there

The one thing we all have at a seaon's beginning is hope. Realistically I hope we win the FA cup purely based on Hull and Villa over the last rwo years.

Mid table mediocrity as quickly as possible.

    Safe by February.

    Jeez, how sad is that!

Sounds cracking. I would be pissing myself with excitement for next season's transfer market. Early safety is the key to pushing on the season after imo.

Top six and a cup according to the Twatter witterings their former back up keeper who was happy to spend his career being paid to get spelks in his arse every week :

The weight of delusion is almost unbearable if it wasn't so hysterically funny

Mid table....safe with about 6 or 7 matches left.

A good cup run, in both competitions.

A land-mark signing in the January window.

.....And, happy days to follow !!

A whole wave of enthusiasm based on avoiding relegation on the last day and the appointment of someone who isn't John Carver <ok>

Presumably the basic squad will be the same, with Williamson, Ameobi, etc.

If Sissoko bales out, and Carr buys some more RiviƩre standard players, they'll be lucky to avoid another relegation battle.

I find it funny that they have written Cup success in to the agenda simply because the manager has been incentivised on that

Managers lose jobs for poor league form. First sign of danger there and its a weakened side for the Cup

Agree totally... Anywhere in the top 14 would be a good progressive season for us!

How on earth do they expect to be top 8? And who said this? Delusion of the highest order!

Top 8 would be a dream. The top 4 are always going to be top 4, Tottenham, Liverpool, Southampton and Everton are bound to make the rest of the top 8 and we do not look likely to break that up, so as such a top 10 finish is probably ideal in my eyes. All I want really, this goes for a lot of fans, is a team that tries. If that group put the effort in, we probably would finish top 10.

As for the derby, I fear we will never win another one again in my lifetime <laugh>. I now appreciate how you guys used to feel....

With Penis in charge, I think you will probably finish around 12th place. Safe by the end of March

I want nothing less than a top four finish and a cup to go with it...Anything less will be deemed as utter failure...<whistle>

It's a bit like overpricing your house.
If you get no interest you can always drop it.
