Did he not have a year left on his contract? If so and he has been released does that mean we had to pay up the remaining year. Whatever happens thanks Adel for the flashes of brilliance he produces in the hoops years back and good luck for the future.

Best player i've seen at Rangers in my lifetime. Better off out of English football in a culture where focus is on appreciating his talent and attacking contribution rather than English obsession with safe play and lots of running. Let's hope he has a decent manager who know's how to deal with him properly
