He is the biggest one. What gave you the impression he was half done for. Still killed 90% of the killers and got out alive. Plus he is less than half the size he will be at full size if the dragon skull in season 1 is anything to go by.

Because Daenerys got on him and commanded him to fly. She said the word for "Fly" in Valyrian. I think the harpies are pretty much done for. A few may have gotten away, but I don't think they will be ****ing with Daenerys rule again after that.
