my spolier seems to have vanished when i created post. can i say apparently this is a huge and yet another departure form the books. Next episode should have a) beginning of pudgy starks vengence. b) yes it was finally some growth of said character in slaver's bay but there must be some resolution to the rebellion there now. c) I expect some resolution to the whole cercei imprisonment. d) I expect a major battle now at winterfell. unknown how that goes e) i think the dorn line has run its course. I expect the vengence to come agasint cereci now and season 6 to have the prince of dorn in kings landing along with lannisters. I have not seen any groth in jamie's character at all over the whole season really. f) not sure what we will see at the wall next. The thing came to a very very breif decision and really the trailers teased something..... howver now this seems to be a we will see white walkers next series again Really A, C and D could fill a show.
a) Pudgy Stark? b) The Daenerys storyline has almost run its course, be interesting what they do with Emilia Clarke next series as there isn't alot more of her in the books (published) and she is probably the biggest star in the show at the moment. d) Aside from the Wall, I expect most of the story to be about Winterfell and the North. Aside from Bran of course, who has not been seen this series. There is of course the chance they'll introduce another contender for the Throne.
Just because you've read the books doesn't mean everyone else has and wants to hear the story in advance of seeing it on the TV series. Just a thought.
Well it is the TV show/Movie thread, not the book thread. I would expect spoilers for the TV show if I wasn't up to date with it but to discuss what happens in the book before it happens in the TV show without covering it with a "spoiler" thing is really selfish IMO.
Where's the Spoiler? There was no actual story included in my post. Its well known that the show is reaching the end of the books, therefore some of the characters are likely to be reaching the end of their book equivalent, doesn't mean there wont be more of them in the TV show, and in fact the TV show has moved away from the books a fair bit so what happens in the books might not happen in the TV show and vice-versa. The TV show is also likely to overtake the books, the producers are said to know the plot to the next two books (the broad story), so I'd expect the show to move even further away from the books over the next few years.
Also, George RR Martin has confirmed that Shireen WILL be burnt by Stannis in the next book, Dave and Dan added this to the show with a heads up from GRRM. It just something that hasn't happened in the books yet.
I don't disagree, especially on the book issue, but I tend to avoid places like this of there is something that could be spoilt, especially if it was a case of me not being up to date. Once its aired on TV it's fair game to discuss it IMO
Right I say pudgy stark to refer to arya cos it annoys bod for some reason. Then theres blondie, whiney stark and do forth and so on. I must say a trend is forming with bod. Anyone touches the girls and he's no happy. Bod when you play grand theft auto do you knock over the hooker or save them from the pimps?
So has everyone seen the last episode then? I'm on ep 9 watched it last night. It's been slow but has certainty got much better over the last couple.
Dunno I have anyway. And yeah. It wasn't or should not be the climax of the season. There are 3 stories that should dominate the last episode.
Neither, I bang them in the car and pay them. Fair pay for fair work Besides Pudgy and whiny Stark are no hookers, they are ladies. They have the blood of the first men, the Kings of the North.
#filler for next season in other words I think a) kings landing must be addressed in some form b) winterfell is perfectly set up due to events and there is evidence that something does happen here in terms of leaks. c) the training of pudgy stark needs to reach some climax and i expect to see some vengeance taken finally. it is after all only 4 bloody years on.
