12 goals for Burnley, and you think he's the answer to your problems up front <laugh>

And as for Milner, It just keeps getting better and better, the guy is getting let go by a top 4 side because he's not up to that level.

Liverpool are just cementing their place as a mid table club, if they think this level of player will move them forward.

Though you probably haven't got much cash left to buy anyone decent, after Rogers donated most of it to Southampton last summer

Wind your neck in soft arse, utd's sooper dooper signings since Fergie left have won the club exactly what we've won...nothing.

Does anyone else think Ings is very old looking for just 22? I was surprised he is that young.

Somebody suggested (mito?) he looks like Owen with a beard. Maybe Mikey's trying to eek out another season or two incognito.

If he crawls off clutching his knee we'll know for sure <laugh>

He looks like a normal sized version of the dwarf from Game of Thrones.

Owen has a young face though. Ings could pass for42! As long as he comes with 22 year old legs and 42 year old maturity - all's good <ok>

Funnily enough, when Owen was still very young and made his first appearance in a FIFA game (probably 97), he had a full on beard in it for some reason.

Levy trying to be clever and doing a deal with Burnley to try and force the compo fee up as part of his negotiation for Trippier......

We've discussed this before and I can't see any way that Spurs attempt to help Burnley (in order to help themselves).....will work here, as the lad is out of contract on the day that the window opens, therefore Spurs 'bid' is meaningless.

If it's going to go like this in future couldn't the club taking the player formerly bid 50p before discussing terms with him and take that into the Tribunal for consideration <laugh>

Bid for what? For him to move to Spurs in July when he's...not under contract at Burnley anymore?
