    Agreed, but wasn't off his shoulder although I thought it was on first glance as well.

    Probably deserves to be rules out just because of the ****ness of the header

    If a defender headed the ball on to his hand like that you'd NEVER give a pen (or shouldn't do, anyway). Perfectly legitimate goal.
