I've just had an email from my mate who's the CEO at the MCC. I'd asked for tickets for the Friday and Saturday of the Lord's Ashes test. Totally ****ing sold out He will give me a guided tour later in the summer but that's not quite the same.

I'm impressed with how they're handling the whole thing really. Shutting the whole park down and the statements they've been making to the media. They seem genuinely devastated about it all. Maybe they've just got good PR people but they're preserving their reputation well in the face of something that could destroy it

 

Of course they're, they are only really sorry that it happenned
