Coming from a mug punter who's form analysis consists of looking down the page, and betting blindly on Mullins and Walsh every race

Zawraq won't run, I'm afraid. Connections have confirmed him out of the race.

Here’s a Derby stat to end all Derby stats. It is 48 years since the horse emerging from the highest numbered stall won the race. This years highest numerically berthed beast??? From, stall number 12, it’s Success days.

Especially with the 'Frankie Factor' although I'm not sure it is as big as it once was

With all that's going on in the Derby market, I've had a change of heart. Hans holbeins gonna need some juice in the ground and I don't fancy the jockey booking. So it's storm the stars for me.no ride for the two best jocks round Epsom , Crowley and fallon.
This Derby is looking piss poor.

I'm starting to lean towards Kilimanjaro from a value perspective. 20/1 for the Lingfield Derby Trial winner with the trainer's son on board looks very generous. Admittedly he would need to take a big step forward form-wise but he wouldn't be the first Ballydoyle inmate to do so.

Loving the banter on this thread - just like the old 606 days. Well done chaps!

As others have said it seems pretty uninspiring this year. I can't be having the principles at the quoted prices so am on Kilimanjairo. Didn't do a lot wrong in his trial and I can't find anything that really jumps out this year so I'd rather take an each way punt on a 20/1 shout

Yep. This is the ****tiest Derby I can recall since Shergar's Derby (without Shergar). At least there was one good horse in that race which made it a cast iron certainty. I even predicted the record winning distance for that one. This one, I haven't a clue. We have stayers that are slow, horses that have form on soft or heavy, a class 10f horse. Everything except what makes a good Derby winner. I might not even bother to watch it, it's so bad.

Yes. I just thought it was beyond bizarre that we both posted that we were leaning to him at exactly the same time!
