H I agree. The club have sold 2 good players for immediate cash payments. The Cowie affair was a cock up, and Malky and the coaches have raised more cash along with Ashley Young.

What must happen now is the up side. Ross Wilson, the recruitment department and Dyche need to get on and build a new squad to be competitive in this league. The owner has said several transfers are needed, so we all know what is required.

Let's do it, and the sooner the better.

I'm not well known for my insightful and accurate predictions, but I'm going to say that he won't go to Ipswich, especially if the offer is as bad as £800K.

I know he is older but after having a better last season, Marvin going for a fraction of the money that Wickham went for just wouldn't be right.

Oddly I don't blame MM at all - just think he showed he is no more honourable than any other non Watford person (we are supposed to be better ) - he did what he wanted for th egood of him and his - just hope it gets him the sack from Father Christmas

 

there would be a certain satisfaction if that happened Leo although the money the malaysians are investing in him I think he will be given the full season!...then shot if he hasnt won promotion!
Makes you wonder about taking on a job like that or the Birmingham one , where the expextation to go up is so high! Is it an ambitious move , a short sighted money grabbing move! or do they genuinely feel that they will succeed!

 

i'm with you Leonardo...i'm hoping by Christmas..but if not then, at least by the end of the season when they're either still in the championship..or better..languishing in league 1!
