The man, who was trying to take part in the annual demonstration, was then told to put jeans on and was barred from competing in the race. His details were taken by police.

"We do not accept this behaviour and he was dealt with and removed before the ride started," organiser Barry Freeman insisted, according to Kent Online.

Well it's better than getting it caught in the chain!!

I recommend reading both the article and especially the comments at the end.

So is being naked not a crime until you get a boner? <laugh>

We've all had those times where one just comes out of nowhere, that was a bad time for that to happen <laugh>

just thought it funny that your knob being in public is ok but if you get a stiffy you get arrested, ludicrous.

That is the law. It is not an offence to be naked, unless you are causing a breach of the peace or doing anything which could be considered sexual.....such as having a boner

Logic fail, having a boner is a biological process, which can and often is out of your control. It is not a breach of the peace, that's ludicrous thinking right there <laugh>

This sort of thinking leads to the stupid view on sexuality the world suffers today, most of it is because of religion. It's so ingrained.

You try walk through town naked, see how long you last before you end up on the sex offender's register.
It's totally ridiculous this whole stupid hysteria over the naked body.

There is a guy called "The Naked Rambler" who, as his moniker suggests, walks around Britain naked. He is often arrested, then released without charge as he is doing nothing wrong...just not wearing clothes.

Now if he was naked and tugging one off at Waitrose, then I suspect that would be an arrestable offence. He might get away with it in Aldi though, as long as he is not in close proximity to the cheese counter!

The point is an erect penis is no more criminal than a flaccid one. Unless you apply some weird logic.
The actions of the person and their intent are what "can" be criminal. Going on a naked bike ride and getting a boner is not a crime, well, it is apparently but it makes no sense when you isolate the issue.

If he was ****ing off then yes I can see the point but just the act of getting a boner, is not criminal, unless you are a militant femtard

I agree. But the law does not. Unless they view it as a possible assault with a friendly weapon, to quote Errol Flyn

I watched a programme about him a while ago. You could say he has a right to his view but in the programme he was walking home from prison for Christmas and part of his walk led him past a primary school at going home time. He refused to place anything over his 'offending parts' as he was going to be in close proximity to small children and if I had had any sympathy for him before that, it went then because that was just wrong. He was arrested again.

Showing your tackle to kids, or refusing to cover them around a school is asking for trouble. Its besides the point of the ethical debate of boner offence no boner no offence.

If yo get on a bus naked and go on your journey, is no less\more a crime than getting on a bus naked and getting a boner on your journey. If you start manhandling your tackle, that is the difference.

A boner in it's self should not be a criminal act. Which is confirmed by the above, boner or no boner, no tackle out when passing a school with kids.

We all have an idea of what constitutes a principle and admire anyone who stands up for theirs but you also have to practice common sense and in this case he refused to cover up for the 30 seconds it would take to pass the school, or even slightly change his route. You sort of lost respect then for what he was trying to do.
