Obviously been saving the budget for this one Gonzy lad, it's the second half when Jon Snow and Tormund arrive north of the wall to the wildlings when **** gets very very real Rest of the episode was fairly standard but better than what's gone before
I'll probably watch it tonight, I'll keep an eye on this thread though someone will be along soon with a full description of every scene so that I don't have to watch it at all.
If some ****s gonna come along and spoil it yous can always rely on some **** coming along and spoiling it... and that's a #fanboytruism I've told yous nowt!!
Just seen the Advert for new True Detective (22nd June), for all those writing it off cause of Vaughn and Farrell, I'd say it looks good. Very dark.
I'm going to watch it and enjoy it for what it is. I can't see it being as good but that doesn't mean it'll be crap.
Game of Thrones.......Ho.....lee........****!!!!!!!!!!!! ****ing awesome episode, this is what we been waiting for!!
Still wondering what happened to Jon Snow's uncle to be honest. Wonder if he's going to be in the army of the dead. They haven't said anything about him yet have they?
I've not seen it. I went to see a movie tonight Just want to say the movie spy is much watch guys... just very funny . Silly funny funny.
Hmmm, Melissa McCarthy makes me want to tear my own eyes out and commit Sepuku. Rest of the cast looks okay though, I'll wait for the torrent
Watched Corrie, Les Dennis is a bit upset. Deidre is dead but they haven't figured out how to tell us yet. All good.
just got through GoT Spoiler: GoT spoiler first tyrion and blondie going precisely as expected. that could go one for many many seasons SIGH... cerecei puddle drinking is good. Sansa and younger brothers line set up for next year, arya stuff is filler. Jon snow and white walker stuff is hopefully a set up for an even bigger event. was quite well done I thought. We are now awaiting ramsey getting kicked about the place.
course it's filler... its building to something but for now its just to fill up time.. either the thing goes big in last episode or its for next year... same as the other stuff i mentioned being for next year. There has to be a giant occurance shortly given there's only two episodes left so how can what i said be giant really... not when theres a huge battle in the offing at winterfell and the wall and such...
Every second of the show fills up the time. "Filler" infers something to pad the time out that is not significant to the plot or overall narrative. Arya's training as an assassin is deffo important to her arc and most likely the overall narrative.
Question: How does Wun Wun (the giant) get back to the wall when they're travelling in ships far too small for him?? My theory is that when the sea gets too deep for him to walk in he grabs a boat and lets it pull him along
You and a lot of others. Its become one of those internet buzz words for some reason. Especially when talking about GoT or the Walking Dead. Some guy on youtube was moaning about "filler" in GoT, then I realised he was doing TV reviews of Smallville that show is 10 seasons of filler. 10 seasons or 200+ hours showing us how Clark Kent became Superman. The Richard Donner Superman film did it adequately in 20 minutes
