Erm, by posting it you highlight it. But ignoring the semantics argument, ok then - why did you post it?
Well what else would a public forum be used for if you can't post your thoughts? Everyone has a right to have a view on something FFS without someone questioning them about it, so get a life BCC, your getting boring now
Yes you can post your thoughts, and if you do that then I can reply. I was just wondering what your thought meant. It's really not unreasonable or boring to ask at all.
Your quite correct in person I never saw him in the championship as I live in the Middle East and a flight back every weekend isn't cheap. Plus when I did live in UK he wasn't in the team so I couldn't see his amazing ability with my own eyes. But I've seen every game for the last two seasons both home and away I even flew back for the FA Cup final, and although it's been on television and not live, I can quiet honestly he's dreadful. If you can please let me borrow your special glasses which by all accounts turn ****e into gold it would be much appreciated. I've been viewing this forum since it was bbc without posting and only posted recently. But one thing I've seen your posts several times and you are very consistant. Consistently full of it
Case closed. There's no coincidence that the folks berating Aluko's ability in the championship are abroad and never actually saw him tearing up championship defences. There are no special glasses, just the gift of having actually witnessed something, rather than blind assumptions on something you haven't seen anything of.
To be fair, you're on dodgy ground giving an opinion of a players performance in games you never saw. You're also wrong, he was excellent.
Im still confused maybe it's just me but falling over the ball and inability to pass with five yards consistantly falling over, and a lack of general effort are his pitfalls in my opinion Makes no difference what league you play in or who your against these are standard requirements of a player. A big Rangers fan did tell me when we signed him, on his day he's a class act, but 9 times out of ten he can't pass has no end product and falls over a lot. 100% accurate for me. I'm back for a few weeks in August so gonna take the kids to a couple games. That way i can witness the Magic for myself.
Seeing him every week for the last two seasons kind of suggests I have seen him play. Admittedly not in the championship but does escape the fact I've seen him play.
I just tried to find the MotM summary for the promotion season, but I can't, but it did throw up a MotM thread from our game against Brum... http://www.not606.com/threads/mom-123-birmingham-a.179546/#post-3782789
Please tell me do the basic abilities of a footballer change in the league you play in?? If he was that dam good in the championship why hasn't anyone bought him? Why hasnt he been successful in the PL?(We do agree he has been nothing short of aweful in the PL?)
Ok wow that's fantsatic I take it all back he's a star can't wait to see him tear up the league and score and abundance of goals. See you all in six months
He certainly didn't replicate his Championship form in the Premier League, but that doesn't change the fact that he was excellent in the Championship. Tom Ince was one of the best players in the Championship, but looked completely out of his depth in the Premier League, these things happen.
You can all say what you like about Aluko but it is simply papering over the cracks. The bloke is NOT a striker but he THINKS he is. Once he has the ball he wouldn't pass it even if there was a team-mate with an open goal at his mercy. He does not play for a Football Club he plays for Aluko United. His attitude to team-mates is. End of.
You do realise it is possible to be brilliant at one level, and not as good in a higher one, right? Or are you being deliberately obtuse? Don't be a dick.
So he finished with us voting him our sixth best player, despite him playing less than half the season, he must have been miles in front when he got injured.
