    That's only a friendly though as well. No one cares, no one remembers who won it.

    I dont watch either, but if someone is counting the super cup as a trophy then why not the charity shield?

    So you agree that he was a far greater success than all four of Liverpool's forwards (combined)? Strikers are employed to score goals which Lukaku did much better than all four of Liverpool's forwards (combined).

    Do you stand by your prediction that Liverpool's strike force in the season just gone would be second only to City's?

    He was probably on the wind up but many of his end of season predictions couldn't have been more wrong, The form table made a disappearance from this board around the same time.

    Looks like Rodgers is most likely safe in his position for now. Encouraging thing is that once he's sacked in a few months, Klopp will be available. <ok>
