Wouldnt trust any of your northerners (that's includes bod and afc who I class as northerners). every man for himself here
If you're a townie hen you're a threat to us as you'll probably have a role and make yourself seem to guilty that we bloody lynch you
Hooray, another Mafia sesh. Anyway is day one going to consist of accusing everyone of being a vampire/Townsperson and blind voting or are we actually going to listen to each other? I vote Billy. He's always a dodgy one
Alright, let's get this party started. Firstly, for those of you that don't know, I'm South African so a different time zone to you guys. As far as I know we are 1 hour ahead of you at the moment, is that changing due to Daylight Savings etc in the next few weeks? Hate to miss a vote due to the clocks changing! I know it's usually a 2 hour difference for most of the year... I'm putting it out there nice and early: I'm going to be busy tomorrow night so will have to bank an early vote, I won't be online Tuesday evening. Every other evening should be fine assuming I'm still alive.
OK my take on the roles: We need to protect the Vampire Hunter the most as not only is he one of the two investigative roles, but is 100% sure of killing the vampire lord. It's imperative he stays alive, at the very least until the main vampire is killed. EDIT: 100% sure of surviving a Vampire Lord attack, NOT killing him The doctor is another important role, especially later on when the numbers are smaller and we need to block kills. Note that the intro doesn't state that he blocks Vampire conversions, so another reason to nab the vampire lord asap. To the vigilante, you'll probably do more harm than good randomly using up your bullets early on. Maybe wait for day 2 at the bare minimum and go based on the extra info you've received by then. If you kill the doc or vampire hunter, please use the second bullet on yourself! For day one I think we should go for the usual strategy of putting 4 or so people up for the lynch and see who tries to save others. As far as I can tell there are no aligned town roles with a private board (like the usual masons group), so any dubious activity is more likely to be mafia than anything else. (BRB is not playing, but it could just be a psycho move as well by a townie... Please don't be silly and cast guilt on yourself for no reason). I think a group of 5 is too small a chance of lynching for the mafia to risk it, so i think a group of 3 or 4 is ideal. We can base that on whatever, no doubt we'll get some revenge votes, some people won't be online etc. Just be mindful that mafia won't act if they're happy with the lynch, so that final hour or two is key, that's when we'll hopefully shake their tree a bit. Enjoy the game lads!
