If memory serves correctly, it's owned by Ferrari where they test their cars. It amazes me why the F1 guys don't use it because it is a superb track [ownership by Ferrari probably nails it]. Mind you, what's good for the bikes doesn't 100% carry over for cars, but in the main it does. The run-offs have to be a wee bit different, but they are fine at Mugello. Misano is another Italian Grand Prix track where it wouldn't work for cars, imo. On the other hand, for MotoGP bikes it's magic.
I think certain tracks are (or should be) untouchable in F1. Like Spa. Or Monza. Monza IS F1 in Italy. Like when they moved the Japanese GP away from Suzuka, It was just crap.
Yes, I agree with you to a certain extent. Besides, Monza would be crap for MotoGP and other bike championships. Got a feeling there used to be a WSBK round held there though, but I might be getting my Italian tracks mixed up. [pause] Aha, I was right. World Superbikes used to race there.
Right I'm a prude. Well I'm not really, but I'm going to sound like one. I haven't watched Britain's Got Talent and today the kids saw it was the final tonight and asked if we could watch it as a family. It's crap, but it is good family entertainment. So we sit down to watch it and the two judges who have massive influence on the young viewers come out with their tits on display in very revealing dresses. I just think it is not necessary for what is clearly a family show. No one will complain. No one will make a fuss. Is it just me?
Just seen them. They were good but didn't make me go wow. The only other act I've previously seen was the dancing old dads; I hope they made the final and are on #daddancingrocks
No, I don't think it is just you. I think a little bit too much of it goes on. And believe me I'm no prude either. There's a right time and a place. Not in a family show. Mind you, I won't be watching that crap, myself.
I haven't seen it but the thought of David walliams and Simon Cowell with their tits out really scares me. Old men grooving were my faves going into this
I normally do, but that actually made me laugh! And then the three legged one (we have a three legged bunny) ... That was cute.
Celebs being narcasisstic attention whores, who'd have thought that? Saying that, I don't watch rubbish like BGT, the X-Factor or the Voice anymore. Occasionally you'll get good acts but the X-Factor peaked with Lucy Spraggan (and I figure they aren't going to even match that, so no point watching it) and the Voice lacks credibility even by reality TV standards. BGT is more likely to show something half good, but even still, it's mostly meh. Except last year when the opera group sang Les Mis. Mostly because it was Les Mis rather than for them.
