Wee Jean e/w at York in their opener- that's a very handy 7lb claim from Paddy Pilley given the context of the levels he has been tried at previously. I'd say it almost makes him well handicapped in this field.

Well done to backers of Clever Cookie at York. I hope Graham Lee made the right decision by going to Haydock to ride Lemato! My only concern is the going, reportedly likes to hear his feet rattle.

Afternoon folks.I might end up with egg on my face but I think Arsenal are going to put away Villa in the cup final.Ive backed them -2 and a small wager on Walcott as first scorer.
On the horsey front Avant Tout looks a tasty price at 9/4 to take 7.05 @Tramore.Im taking Comedy King to land the next at York

The old boy Kingsgate Native won at Haydock aged 10! Have slight doubts about Graham Lee riding another winner on Lemato, but only because Henry Candy thought about withdrawing him because of the going, plus the trainer hasn't had a winner for nearly 4 weeks. Can't back him now.

The jockey rides Pamushana in the 4.40 at York, trained by Richard Fahey. Making it's handicap debut today, priced at 16/1.

Interested to see how Discussiontofollow gets on at Newmarket now. Think ROTO has this as one to track last season and it did display bags of potential with the way it travelled. Mike Murphy might be an interesting guy to see develop with sprinters and if this one improves to the Group level it has hinted at, it can win off 97 here.

    I've taken a small slice of 8/1

5.20 CORTON LAD. 33-1. Each Way. Way too big odds for this front runner.

    Nice one ste.

Estihaal going for three wins within a week. He must be handling his racing really well. It's not something you see that often so be nice to see him get it done.
