I read somewhere today that the players we have already offloaded we have saved £11 million pounds a year
tbh couldn't give a monkeys what the players at qpr earn or what the wage bill is or how much the club is saving by getting rid of players. Not my concern, I'll leave that to the accountants. I'll just enjoy watching the football.
It's been widely reported that Clement is going to Derby on Monday on £3m a year. Fergie was on £4m a year at United. Redknapp's deal was done while we were a prem side but it's still completely bonkers to think we could pay those kind of wages to any manager. If Ramsey is on £600,000 a year that is a huge step in the right direction. Despite it still being nice work if you can get it.
I know it's early days with regards to our rebuild but looking at all that it's refreshing to read and also shocking. Boy did we not get a very good return for the clubs money on wages on recent years!
For a moment I thought this was our soon to be departed SWP engaging in a photo shoot. please log in to view this image http://wageindicator.co.uk/main/pay/vip-celebrity-salary/england-national-football-team
Haven't looked at the link as yet but is it a photo shoot for garden gnomes or sprinkler heads by any chance???????
it would be a sad day koopee.....but as I, like all fans, have no control whatsoever over the finances, no point fretting and speculating... all we can do is enjoy the football.
