Not in mine currently, although that's what I thought before all this hassle. Have used it before no problems but for some reason they've sent this transaction through their review process. I answered their security Qs to prove it was me making the payment. They emailed me saying they've 'restored access' to my account, so they must've thought it was someone trying to fraud me... fair enough better safe than sorry and this was quite a bigger amount than I've ever used the account for before. They email me almost straight after that saying there may be a delay in despatch of the item I've bought. And so I wait. Delivery time on said item is a couple of days. Eight days later (yesterday) I'm still waiting for it so I email the company I'm buying from and they say they're still waiting on PayPal to confirm the payment is legit, even though at my end PayPal is saying the payment is completed / sent whatever and have credited their account. ****ing ridiculous pain in the backside.
