If you had the right work ethic, Rafa will give you opportunities. Not many of the top class players that played under Rafa complained about him - even the likes of Stevie said he was the best manager he worked under (tactically improved him), and Alonso had nice things to say.

Would definitely take Rafa over Rodgers.

Rafa up until 2009 was world class. Since regressed so it will be interesting to see how he copes.

 

I like this , every player must be able to defend especially in emergency., i.e down to 10 or less men, so also every player must be capable of scoring goals given the opportunity.

Ronaldo can defend. Due to his height and great heading ability he is actually quite important in defending set pieces and corners. Hes also performed the odd defensive job in his time at both United and Real.
