Monaco seems to have some sort of gauge that allows him to tell the percentage of each Protestant Church. It's called the Prod-o-meter.
Ciaran - by Catholic, he means that the Anglicans are quite reasonable protestants. In Scotland and Ireland, we acquired "Nutcase mentallist nae drinking or dancing" Calvinism which was so extreme, it basically caused a Civil war in its native Geneva between followers of Calvin and followers of Luther. As a result of their extremism, the Scottish Calvinists caused the English Civil War when the Covenanters objected to the king's reformation of the reformed mass. From that day on, any deviation from "our" kirk's fundamentalism is viewed by our ultra-cultists as Catholic. This is also why sectarianism is not as bad in England and largely ceased to be a problem a hundred or so years ago. History in a nugget To summarise: Anglicans - reasonable, wear crosses Calvinists - irrational, burn witches
