I didn't get any of them after the first, was severely overhyped it's ok when in a trailer they can show what you can do like eavesdrop, but when you play the game and have to do it every 10 mins, it's just mind numbingly dull, Ubisoft is going down the drain.
First was terrible and repetitive, second was actually fun (or is as far as I've gotten into it, got distracted and attention shifted to other games). Ubisoft are looking a lot stronger than they were 3-5 years ago now.
I'm still waiting to buy Portal 2. Damn you game shops, wanting actual money in exchange for things!! <shakes fist>
Portal 2 is real good, but might be worth just renting rather than buying as after you've completed the story there is nothing left to do, other than a co-op story mode.
Ooh, Co-op. Interesting. I'll probably end up just buying it to be honest. It's like, what, 25 quid now I think? By the time I next get some money it'll probably be around 20 so might as well. I'd just forget to take it back if I rented it.
I bought it, have played it through twice and will most likely play it through again at some point. It all depends on how into the story you are i guess. Oh also, Steve Merchant is brilliant in it.
Yeah Portal has a shed load of replay value in all honesty, so I think it'll definitely be worth just buying. Not too expensive either way. Fantastic, real looking forward to it now! Might see if I can 'borrow' some money off someone
Deus Ex: Human Revolution, if it's faithful enough to original Gears of War 3 Skyrim Battlefield 3 FM12 The Darkness II (rent) Still need to buy Mortal Kombat sometime too. Also got a huge backlog of games to play through this summer.
Skyrim stands out for me. One of them games where you feel like you can hear an angelic chorus play when it arrives in the post
Certainly will be. My backlog of games are: Abe's Oddysee & Exoddus ARMA II Assassin's Creed II (360) Dark Messiah: Might and Magic Defense Grid: The Awakening Deus Ex Left 4 Dead 2: New campaign out soon Magicka Mount & Blade: Warband Red Faction & II & Guerilla RUSH Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (currently playing) Toki Tori The Club In addition to occasional BFBC2, Beat Hazard, Minecraft, Terraria and FIFA Clubs...
Portal 2 was on sale on steam a few days ago for like £15, oh people are making custom maps for Portal 2 aswell, so theres some replayability there. Done Co-op with my girlfriend, she got mad that Glados said I was the best. Games I am looking forward to are Skyrim, Guild Wars 2 (if it is released this year), and Dead Island looks really good from the trailers, not actual gameplay footage yet though I think.
