I only chose Wycombe because I wanted Southend to stay down so Bentley would definitely be off.

I wanted Wycombe because my son is at police training there and plays rugby for High Wycombe.

Never mind - at least he can go and cheer them on when they play the Gas !!!

    3 down 3 wrong.

I swear this is true.. watched the game in a pub and struggled to get a signal on my phone, tried to get a bet on Beckford to score first goal, by the time he had scored my bet hadn't gone through, when it did go through on next scorer Huntingdon had scored <laugh>

Thought balls I'll have a small bet on a Beckford hat trick and couldn't get it to go through so gave up! <laugh>

One right - ironically the only one I didn't care about!

Ah well - so be it.

Wasn't fussed who went up from the Championship, but for once I backed winners in Saaafend and PNE

It was also fantastic to see Swindon not just beaten, but humiliated as well !!

Talking of betting I didn't know you could do this!

Did a 5 fold acca on sunday put £5 on Leicester, Palace, Arsenal, Man City and Preston it paid £56.45 (approx) I was just driving down the dual carriageway and the slip flew out the window <grr> I went in to Ladbrokes anyway to beg and they paid me out! just had to sign a form! :D

I once lost a slip for £900 actually screwed it up and threw away s thought it had lost, it was a bet picking a horse to win each race at Hamilton ( place pot )a 2x 1 x 1 x 2x 2 x1 bet at whatever stake
the last race or one of them had a non runner or something and thought I lost, next time in the shop the girl behind the counter said that was nice one, Why I asked?
getting a jammy placepot paying that much at Hamilton (used to have about 3 -7 runners a race pay about £50 ) but only 1 winning ticket on the course paid the full pot, filled out a placepot ticket signed the book and went home with a fistful of notes ...they are fair most times

I mostly bet on line these days - just have one account with Ladbrokes. To be fair they paid on on City winning the league the day we drew with Coventry

The bet I described above was with Ladbrokes.. I also usually bet online as you know where you are, but it was nice to actually see the cash, you never do with online betting!
