OTBC - INIT Now that I will have to spend less time on here, I can´t think of a better way to go, than being back in the PL - Fantastic Day!
What a brilliant day RBF left Lynn at 8:30am Look like getting back in at 8:30pm All totally exhausted, what a day what an experience Thanks to AN and the crew a truly professional display OTBC back to being last on MOTD lol
At least us expats will be able to watch the mighty yellows once again, rather than feeding on the meagre scraps of this championship season.
Well, decided to do the 2 hour drive to Gants Hill with some friends and found a really nice Wetherspoons (the Great Spoon of Ilford) for breakfast and a sensibly priced pint and then a fairly simple journey by tube to Wembley.
Top stuff RBF, a great piece that sees us rise from the Championship to the Pemiership. You have your wish of top flight football and may I say that I am delighted. At this time the new season does not hold the fear that it has in previous years and it is all down to AN.
Have to say, THURNBY, it´s a stunningly good feeling here, the morning after, but, at the same time that it is the best game in the football calendar to win, it´s also the absolute worst to lose. So I must confess, I was hoping we would make it as one of the auto´s, but after yesterday, all is forgiven, and I look forward to watching our progress from afar next year, and the coming years.
Yes absolutely, it was a wonderful feeling to win but I did feel for the travelling Boro fans who played their part in a wonerful occasion. By the way, do you like my Avatar? Mrs Thurnby sorted it for me yesterday.
