Who was England's? Anya's played well for us Jocks since his debut, so it's a well deserved accolade. Great goal against the reigning World Champs too. Probably wasn't driven or bothered enough playing diddy football in England's lower leagues, hence why he was benched at Watford.
I don't think we have an award like that - it encourages smart arsed pricks with too much time on their hands to use it for cheap point scoring . I only think the Anya thing is funny because Cartman was on here last year banging on about how Celtic were going to steal him from us - a tad Mindyesque.
Anya is a loyal Son of the Williamite and would never dare put the *****s apron on for all the money in Castlemilk. He might get a call from Dave King this summer though, we have a warchest to spend and Anya fits the bill nicely. You can keep ****taker though... and the Ulster Gazelle.
