Hull have a decent team but **** strikers. They have had the same problem for years even when they got promoted with Fryatt the only striker who has ever consistently scored goals for them in years and even he was injured when they got promoted They will lose some players for next season but if they can keep most of the players and refresh the squad a bit while replacing what they lose I think they should be alright for next season. Quite a few of their fans mocked us earlier in the season and now have some egg on their face but for the majority of them I do feel for them as it could have been us and looked like being us for most of the season
The fact is bruce spent 40 mill... and I still wouldn't take any of their squad.. but cov can certainly spot a talented striker.
Next year is a big test, no doubt, we all know that. I really like to think we´ll add & strengthern & not go through another relegation battle. Hull had 2nd season syndrome. Our aim is not to go through the same thing & finish top 10.
I kept thinking before this match that, if we'd lost to Burnley away (and remember they did miss a penalty before we scored), then going into last day, Burnley would have been on 33, Hull on 34, we'd have been on 35 and Newcastle on 36, with two relegation spots unfilled. The QPR game would have been very different.
If Hull had Ulloa and Vardy they'd be fine. That's the difference. Good strikers give you a chance in games where it's 50/50.
Remember them telling us their expensive new German would be amazing as Bruce has been tracking him for years, and that our new striker was non-league quality. Who was that non-league striker? Couldn't have been England man Jamie Vardy could it?

Just shows how difficult this game is. Bruce has managed 4 premier clubs so is no Johnny come lately, spent 40m and still they looked horrendous.
Congratulations on staying up and doing so quite comfortably in the end. Your end of season form was sparkling and an inspiration for any team, outside of the Premier League ever presents, and by all accounts the atmosphere at the King Power stadium has been electric and played a big part. I wish you every success next season and hope you are well clear of the bottom all season.

Nothing to do with their ****e manager and psycho owners or the fact they blew 10 million quid on Hernandez. You just gotta laugh. What makes it even funnier is they are now playing the " well I'd much prefer to be in the Championship anyway" card. HAHAHAHAHAHA you just couldn't make it up! Priceless. I'm enjoying every second of this. The egg is still running down their bitter little faces. But our icing is firmly on the top of the cake with more to come as we keep finding these little gems, from the comments they threw rather naively at us when we were struggling at the bottom. Think they will be the best placed to bounce back. Ings and Austin will be off and they relied heavily on them, whereas Hull have the better squad front to back, well middle to back. I'm sure Jelavic will score a few in the Championship and their defence will keep them out, just depends if they lose anyone important like Brady Elmo or Chester. Dawson's already said he's staying.
