It could be true - it could be just a "hack" story. He is supposed to be in contract negotiations with us still - but maybe he over-values himself and our owners think they can do better for what he is asking. Shame though if he does not get the chance to manage us in the Prem
Very true but to ask someone to move over after very few days was not good they should never have been given the job in the 1st place. It should have been a caretaker role
Whatever the outcome I hope it is resolved quickly. You would want a manager and his squad in place to undertake training from the outset, not uncertainty going into pre-season.

No , Did the manager improve the players or make them play better as a unit ? poss Did the manager sub players which won us extra points ? yes, Would we have got promotion with anther manager ? unlikely but poss , Did he sort out the players that was pulling us down YES , What track record does he have in the EPL and would he be the best manager for us ?
Maybe he just asked for too much money and the Pozzo's thought they could get a better deal elsewhere. However, I can't understand how an ex Valencia, Benfica and Atletico Madrid manager could be expected to come cheaper ? Does anyone know what Jokanovic asked for and what he has been offered ?
Somebody said a million pounds a year and a 3 year deal which I guess isn't a great deal in football terms but the Pozzos don't like to give big contracts. Mind you as Cologne says this potential manager probably won't work for peanuts.

Im not 100% sure of the facts but did mr Dyer not show disrespect at Rotherham . That sort of problem is sorted out of the public eye , and its not even that he is a young kid he is coming to the end of his playing career ?
