Well said, mate .................. I'm going for an lower mid table finish, which would reflect an honest season's work and a good foundation to work from.
Without Adel, Remy and Cesar or very good replacements who I've not heard mention of yet, I think we will finish bottom of the PL. Keep those 3 and we could be comfortable mid-table.
Some interesting tallies coming in so far. Over 50 members have voted with the majority thinking we'll be down there scrapping but will ultimately survive. 30% say we'll finish comfortably tucked into lower mid-table. Only one poster believes we'll finish as high as mid-table (hope you're right Robina!) while 7% of voters have us doomed to go straight back down. Lets hope Flummox, Ozzie, Nines and Tramore are pleasantly surprised come next May. On those results, so far I reckon our fans are quietly confident we'll hold our own this season while also being realistic. I'll take that
Well done to Nines, Flummox, Tramore & Ozzie. You all seen the car crash that was coming. I'll be paying particular attention to your predictions for the coming season
I must have been rather drunk when I voted lower mid table. It did not take me long after this vote to change my mind!
I think most who voted realised their errors by half time at White Hart Lane, from then on there was an air of inevitability...
This is too depressing. Come on you lot, we've played a few decent games this year. Chelsea, Liverpool and Man C (at home) WBA. I appreciate there is work to do but surely we should expect to be fighting for playoffs. It is a shame that we are being used as a managerial training exercise but Tony's tried and trusted experienced managers have been pretty 5hite, so perhaps he shouldn't be blamed for sticking with CR.
Apologies, I'm reading on an iPhone in the back of a car whilst Mrs Iwas is driving. It is hard to concentrate too well when one is in mortal fear.
The bloke with the huge username, his post is the funniest I've seen this whole season (apart from when Stan said I was trolling myself...............which I found I was!). I think I've just pissed myself after reading this
